1. Return Policy – 1 Day Window

The Optimas Max may be returned only within 1 calendar day (24 hours) from the date and time the Buyer receives the machine.
After 24 hours, all sales are final and the Buyer waives any right to return, refund, exchange, or cancel.

Eligibility Requirements

• The machine must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original condition.
• All accessories, manuals, handpieces, cables, and packaging must be included.
• The serial number must match all delivery documentation.
• The unit must show no signs of powering on, plugging in, calibration, or operation.

beautiTree, Inc. may deny a return if there is any sign of use, tampering, or deviation from the conditions above.

Return Procedure

• The Buyer must notify beautiTree, Inc. in writing at [email protected] within the 24 hour period.
• The Buyer must provide photos or video showing the machine’s condition.
• The Buyer must follow beautiTree, Inc. instructions for returning or coordinating pickup.
• The Buyer must use the same packaging and protective materials in which the device was delivered.

Shipping, freight, and handling fees are not refundable.

Refund Method

If the return is approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank fees, financing charges, shipping, and delivery costs are not refunded.

2. Final Sale After 24 Hours

Once the 1 day window has passed, the following apply:

• No returns
• No refunds
• No exchanges
• No cancellations

This applies regardless of dissatisfaction, change of mind, installation limitations, or concerns related to the manufacturer.

3. Transfer of Ownership

Upon delivery:

• Full ownership transfers to the Buyer.
• beautiTree, Inc. has no further obligation regarding the machine.
• The Buyer assumes all responsibility for training, safe use, operation, compliance, and maintenance.

beautiTree, Inc. does not provide training, installation, or technical support for the machine.

4. Disclosure of Manufacturer Issues

The Buyer understands and agrees that:

• InMode is the sole manufacturer of the Optimas Max.
• beautiTree, Inc. is not a manufacturer, distributor, agent, or partner of InMode.
• beautiTree, Inc. does not make any claims regarding InMode’s product reliability, safety, performance, legal matters, or corporate conduct.
• Any lawsuits, class actions, product defects, or manufacturer disputes are outside the control of beautiTree, Inc.
• Any marketing or claims made by InMode or its representatives are their responsibility alone.

The Buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing the device with full awareness of possible manufacturer related risks.

5. No Warranty by beautiTree, Inc.

beautiTree, Inc. provides no warranty of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Safety
• Durability
• Expected results or outcomes
• Performance
• Profitability
• Service availability or support

All warranty matters, if any, must be handled directly with InMode.
beautiTree, Inc. does not guarantee that InMode will honor or support any warranty request.

6. Liability Release

By completing this purchase, the Buyer releases and holds harmless beautiTree, Inc. and its owners from:

• All claims related to the device.
• Any misrepresentations by InMode.
• Product malfunctions or failures.
• Injuries to clients or staff.
• Revenue losses or operational downtime.
• Legal or regulatory issues.
• Damage to business reputation.
• Disputes with InMode or any third party.
• Any consequences arising from the use of the Optimas Max.

beautiTree, Inc. is not responsible for clinical outcomes, safety performance, or future value of the device.

7. Buyer Acknowledgments

The Buyer confirms the following:

• They have independently researched the product and InMode.
• They understand potential risks, lawsuits, or complaints associated with the manufacturer.
• beautiTree, Inc. has not provided medical, legal, financial, or compliance advice.
• beautiTree, Inc. has made no promises about results or profitability.
• The machine is purchased as is and without guarantees.

8. Finality of Agreement

This policy governs the entire sale.
No verbal statements or side agreements alter this document.
Once delivered, beautiTree, Inc. has no remaining duties or liabilities related to the device.
